High Performance Truckmount

The new Titan 575 is the industry's "first dumpless system". Under full vacuum load, it can go up to 40 minutes of inactivity without dumping from the fresh water tank. This reduces your need to refill your fresh water tank and your need to empty your recovery tank. While some other truckmounts don't re-circulate water, the down side is they produce high heat spikes which cause streaking on carpets. Our engineers have designed the Titan 575's non-recirculating system to prevent heat spikes and dumping water during periods of inactivity.

The 31 hp Daihatsu liquid cooled engine provides power and versatility with dual wand capability and dual cleaning speeds. A Tuthill TriLobe vacuum blower delivers extreme water recovery and the

General Emperor Series water pump supplies the technician with up to 1200 psi of 250°F hot water or up to 2000 psi of non-heated water for pressure washing. The Titan 575's efficient tube and fin heat exchanger captures the highest percentage of available heat from engine coolant, engine exhaust and blower exhaust to give you temperatures up to 265 °F.

Owners will enjoy the Titan 575's open design that allows for easy maintenance and serviceability. Its magnetic panels can be easily removed for access to internal components. The compact design allows the 575 to be easily mounted to the 85 gallon roto-molded sub mounted tank to save space.

The Titan 575 comes standard with two 2" hose connections for dual wand capability. Other optional accessories include a pressure washing kit that works well with the 2,000 psi supplied by the 575 for pressure washing applications.
